[nvda] setting up thunderbird with googlemail and blueyonder.

Hi list,

I don't have a good memory due to the tablets I have to take for a sore 
back,

I can't get on very well setting my thunderbird up with googlemail and 
blueyonder I wonder if some kinde person could e-mail me off list with step 
by step instructions on how to do this

Thanks in advance.

I have tried to import my settings from outlook express but thunderbird 
crashes.?
