[nvda] sapi5 change

Hi,
I had a question.  Could there be any chance of nvda having a say all option to 
where it would switch from espeak or sapi4 to  a sapi5 voice.  IT would be 
really nice for reading large documents and on the internet for news articles.
Its just a suggestion.
