[nvda] sapi 5 issues

Hello:
I'm new to this list, and have two questions about sapi 5 support. The
first, is a problem of other user of NVDA, which I know. As I remember,
he have a latest snapshot, and he cant load any sapi5 synthesiser, using
installer version. When he is trying to load sapi5 device, program is
printing an message about error, unfortunately I dont remember a
particular text of this message, but in the dialog window which is
presented He had only ok button and sapi 5 doesnt work. As i know, his
operating system is win XP. This is very strange, because in case of
commercial screenreaders there is no problems with any sapi5 voices and
all is working fine.
The second problem is with sapi5 too. When I'm trying to load any 16KHZ
voice, i can hear a resampling. Any ideas?
