Sure does. Very nice work! If I understand you correctly, the playlist
does always have an active list item, but it just doesn't issue the
active item changed event (or is it just a focus event? I get confused
with the JAWS terminology)? In a sense, you 'fake' that event.
There is one problem. For some reason, the object review navigator ends
up on an "unknown object" instead of the list item; i.e. pressing
insert+numpad5 says "unknown object". If you move to parent and then to
child, you end up on the list as you should. When the list item receives
a focus event as it should from MSAA (i.e. by moving the cursor, if that
is possible), the locator moves correctly to the list item such that
insert+numpad5 reads the item.
