How do I have to scrol over the screen without moving the cursorposition?
In hal they call it the virtuel focus.
In NVDA, you use object navigation and the review cursor. You find the object you want to inspect then use the review cursor to read the text. This is all done with the numpad if you are using a desktop keyboard. I believe there is information on this in the user guide, but this should give you an idea of where to look.

When I red the manual I found out that there where also more drivers
avaiable.
Yes. Support for other displays is provided via BRLTTY.

I download the following components:
Wo! :) You don't need all of these; just the latest version, which is:
Link brltty-win-3.10-12.exe 22-Nov-2008 00:49 2.2M
This is an installer, so you can just run it to install. You probably want to answer no when asked to install the libusb driver.

I selected autodetect, but when I want to use my alva bc640 but it
didn.t work. Suports nvda the alva bc640?
Not directly. You must use BRLTTY for now.
The only options where handyTec, freedomScientific and brltty.
In the last option I couldn.t select drivers of other brailledisplays.
No. The last option uses the configuration of BRLTTY. So, you install BRLTTY as above and configure it to use USB autodetect.

Can you install the brailledrivers on the usbstick or do I have to
install nvda?
You can get BRLTTY to work off a USB stick, but it is a bit tricky and still probably requires libusb to be installed. In other words, for practical usage, no, you can't. NVDA may support the Alva BC640 directly one day.
