Right. I needed my keybord layout too, since aI taylored it to be
more like window-eyes than jaws. In any case, I was thinking of
customizations for different applications which is what these modules
look like. I was thinking if it wouldn'tbe too difficult, I would
try to build support for eudora. maybe teach myself a little python?
Best,
Erik

As far as transfering settings from one computer to another, the
only file you will need to have is the nvda.ini file. The py and
pyc files are the source code files and the compiled files. It does
help to have a bit of understanding about the Python language before
making changes to any of the py and pyc files.

Subject: [nvda] .py and .pyc files?
Hi friends,
I've just been moving my nvda settings over from my desktop
instalation to my mobile instalation, and I've come across things
like msim.py and msim.pyc, msmsgs.py and msmsgs.pyc, and a few
others, mostly microsoft applications. Are these like the
equivilant of jaws script files or window-eyes set files? Can they
be scratched out in charcole on cave walls, or do you have to have
space age technology and knowhow to make use of them?
Thanks,
Erik
