I don't think so, since this is happening on 5 different computers, with
various downloads of nvda, i mean i downloaded the same version of nvda from
different places like from home or from work.

It sounds me like an NVDA or Windows corruption. I have XPSP2 as well, and
everything works perfect. When I press Insert+n, it shows the interface
window. May be you confused Insert+n and Insert+m commands in keyboard
layout file.

Subject: [nvda] problems with insert+n
Hello everyone. I'd like to report that problem with key combination
insert+n on windows xp pro sp2 is still not solved. The problem is that
nvda reports the following "report object under mouse on" or "report
object under mouse off".
So, if i minimize nvdea to the system tray its difficoult to get nvda
interface window back with key combinations because system tray is not
read properly.
Any news when it could be solved?
Regards
