[nvda] possible solution to inaccessible menus

May have a solution to NVDA not speaking the menus in Skype before 3.0.  There 
is something in MSAA properties called rectangles.  For the Skype menus, as far 
as I know Jaws is able to pull the information it needs from the MSAA rectangle 
property.  The rest of the MSAA info is showing as blank but the rectangle 
property has the text from the menu item written in it.  Hope this bit of info 
can help.
