Here is the link off the NVDA site on how to get it to run automatically...

You need to make sure the inf file is in the main usb drive (whatever letter that is on each computer), not in your NVDA folder where the NVDA files are. Eg. If your usb stick is E:, then you should have E:\NVDA\nvda.exe as well as E:autorun.inf
