Yeah. Just add NVDA to your startup group. You can't as yet have NVDA speak 
the log on prompts or stuff like that.

  You need to make sure the inf file is in the main usb drive (whatever 
letter that is on each computer), not in your NVDA folder where the NVDA 
files are.
  Eg. If your usb stick is E:, then you should have E:\NVDA\nvda.exe as well 
as E:autorun.inf
