Yes, just throw the shortcut into the startup folder in programs.

I do not know where this is on Vista though, on xp, you go to documents and settings, your name and I'm sure you can work it out from there..

You need to make sure the inf file is in the main usb drive (whatever letter that is on each computer), not in your NVDA folder where the NVDA files are. Eg. If your usb stick is E:, then you should have E:\NVDA\nvda.exe as well as E:autorun.inf
