You don't. You just type the full path to the NVDA program. So, for example,
if you created a folder called NVDA on to the root of your flash drive, and
your flash drive was assigned drive letter E, then you'd type:
e:\nvda\nvda.exe. Once you've done that press enter. Note the .exe extension
is completely optional since the run dialogue box assumes you want to run a
program if you don't type an extension.
