[nvda] openoffice writer

Hi,
Just thought I'd bring it to your atention that when closing a document in openoffice writer nvda seems to crash on my computer. 
I'm using the snapshot nvda366 and there is nothing in my debug log.
just thought i'd send this your dirrection
