[nvda] nvda-project.org relocation

Hi everyone,
The nvda-project.org domain and all its contents (including subversion repository, bug-tracker and the website) are currently being moved from one server to another, in response to the problems we've been having lately.
Some people may experience periods where the website etc are unavailable. This is due to the nature of the Internet and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but it will result in more reliable access in the long run. 

Everything should be settled down in a day or two, if not sooner.
