[nvda] nvda won't run

Hi.
 
Ok...  I have uninstalled nvda and redownloaded it and reinstalled it but
right after the 4 tones it crashes even before the speach starts.  I don't
think I've changed anything on my system except installing the .net
framework SP1.  I've got XP SP2 pro running on this system.  Any ideas?
Any help anyone could give me would be great!
