Doesn't that mean that KLATT should be on there? If so, where?

  After at least 6 or so months I downloaded the lastest snapshot of nvda. I 
noticed there are some new voice variants. Does the new NVDA use ESpeak 1.40 or 
a newer eSpeak synthesizer?
