[nvda] Re: nvda 2012.1 rc1 released

Unless people sign up to the anounce list they will not know at all. I haven't checked but is there a link down the bottom of the email list pointing it or the person towards that list to sign up. Plus not every one wants to sign up to another list to get them. Only thing you or we can do is promote that it is there, but in some cases some people may ask where. Just having a quick look on the main page i couldn't find it there or under support, maybe I would have to do a sarch on the site.. I do have a link on my site but wouln't be able to find it quickly if I didn't know it was there on the project site. anyhow for those who have not signed up yet or don't know at all to join the anouncement lists please visit 
Miscellaneous recent developments
NVDA have created an NVDA announcement email list, which you should join if you want to receive news such as new releases and or other general NVDA news that would also be blogged about. In the future, we will no longer be be making posts to nvda-dev or nvda-support with general news items, these will now only go to nvda-announce. 

To subscribe, either:
Visit http://www.nvda-project.org/ and type your email address in to the edit field at the top of the news section and press the subscribe button; or Visit http://lists.nvaccess.org/listinfo/nvda-announce and fill in the form to subscribe.
