I assume you get no error when you select BRLTTY in NVDA?
Did you install libusb-win32 before or after BRLTTY?
Are you an administrator? Are you using XP or Vista?
Try this:
1. Set NVDA to no braille.
2. Start menu -> Run, type:
net stop brlapi
3. Start menu -> Run, type:
net start brlapi
4. Set NVDA to brltty again.
Can theproblem be that it's original manifucturerdrives are also
installed?
No - the libusb filter should cooperate with the original drivers,
assuming the original drivers aren't being used at the time.

I can select brltty but my brailledisplay still acts as dead.
Can theproblem be that it's original manifucturerdrives are also installed?
