there is russian voice in espeak, but currently, it sounds not
russian-like. i am working with author of espeak, and i hope soon
espeak russian will be improved.

there is synthesizer named "scansoft katerina". it is most human-like
(not usable with everyday tasks for me), you can listen example from
their official site.
