[nvda] Re: new ESpeak voices

I sort of like a couple of the women's voices, but would like to get rid of
theecho in them. Is there a control that can be used to lessen the amount of
echo in those voices?

: No. We eventually want to include one or a few of these variants, but we
: need some sort of consensus on what is going to work best for the
: majority of people. Obviously, everyone has different tastes and there
: are many different listening configurations, but I don't want to just
: include all of the variants that have been made over the past while,
: especially as some of them need a bit of tuning. We also need to decide
: on one variant which will be used as the default voice for NVDA.
