Hi, Jamie. I'm using the installer version of NVDA and firefox version 3. I went to the link where it says "registered customers" and my username is already in the edit field. When I tabbed to the box to type in my password, I did what it asked me to do. I got a message saying "username and password do not match"--but I know they do because when I use internet explorer and Jaws, it works beautifully. I wonder why I can't do the exact same thing using NVDA installer version and firefox 3. Thanks very much for your help.

Hi Rosemarie,
Please be more specific about what isn't working. You're saying the password is not accepted, but that is hardly enough information for us to make any determination at all as to the nature of the problem. Please detail exactly what you are doing step by step and what NVDA does or says at each step. This should include the URL you visit, any links you select, any error messages, etc.
Note that if your password is actually being rejected with an invalid password error or similar, the fault is either with the site or your password. 

Please also include:
* which version of NVDA you are running (NVDA menu->Help->About will provide that information) 
* whether you used the NVDA installer or the portable version
* which version of Firefox (Firefox 3 beta5 or a nightly, copy and paste the text from Help->About if you aren't sure)
