[nvda] Re: more on firefox crash

Mike and others experiencing the Firefox crash on buffer load,
I implemented a small change in r2523 which *might* fix this problem, although I doubt it. Please test and report. It would only have any effect if you are using a language other than English; specifically, if you have NVDA located in a directory which contains non-ASCII unicode characters.
