This is precisely why you need to write the snapshot id in the log files of course...:-) I will have to check as that machine probably has fridays or Saturdays version on it and its not wired up just now. 

Spring cleaning etc.

Can you tell me the exact snapshot or version of NVDA that is from?
Mick, that error is the progress bar value being None, which is harmless apart from being annoying. I shall fix.
