I find a large improvement in NVDA since I tried the program some years ago.
I read on their website that they may have to stop improving due to funding?
NVDA development is dependent on receipt of funding.
NVAccess has been fortunate so far to be able to secure funding grants
from organisations such as Mozilla, Microsoft, Yahoo and Adobe, and
donations from users and supporters.
If these funds ever dry up then NV Access would have to cease paying for
NVDA development, which would significantly slow development and possibly
stop it.
But I believe we're good with funding through to early next year at the
moment, if memory serves.
Geoff.
