If I remember correctly, capslock+shift + j, k, l, u, i, o, and etc is the
object navigation, and no, they won't decrease portability.

Subject: [nvda] laptop keys, and another question
Hi,
Could someone please clarify something for me? I have a laptop which I
use,
at school at least, with a laptop layout. At home I have a desktop
keyboard,
but I am wondering what the laptop keystrokes are for object navigation.
Also, if display hooks were added, would I be able to run NVDA as it is,
going off a limited account on a restricted computer?
Simon
