[nvda] itunes and nvda

Hi all,
Is there anyway that itunes could use the old vbuffers for now in the music store? Now that itunes ver 8 has come out, i can use itunes almost perfectly with nvda. Oh yeah, is there anyway to add keyboard commands that could tell you the name of the track or time?
