[nvda] installing new versions of NVDA

hello listers i would like to know what the best way to install new versions of 
NVDA should i remove the old versions first or install over the old version 
which one of these ways will 
yeald the best resolts or will it matter.
i have been installing over the old versions with the new snapshot am i doing 
wroung or wright.
