[nvda] iaccessibel2

Hi, In much snapshot changes is spoken about ia2.dll or iaccessible2.
I've some questions about it:
1. is it standard installed on windowspcs?
2. if not were can i get it?
3. with which programs does it work, also internet explorer or only firefox? 4. will nvda register it somewere or do i need to do this manuallyk, if so how?
