We are in very frequent contact with the Mozilla accessibility team. In this case, they cannot help us, as I think the problem in question relates to our in-process injection into Firefox and not some interaction within Firefox itself. Put another way, it is the process of attaching ourselves to Firefox, not the communication thereafter.
