[nvda] error with lotus symphony

When running Lotus symphony with latest nvdasnapshotI get the following.
Error
An error has occurred in your application,do you want to continue running the
application with this error?
Click "Yes" to continue.
Click "No" to quit the application.
Click "Cancel" to ignore this message.
Yes No Cancel
this is with latest nvda and latest snapshot.
