what about doing what orca (ubuntu) and VoiceOver (Mac OSX) do and
use ctrl and alt, or another (on main keyboard key) I know atleast i
assume we're trying to do that whole jaws thing (insert) or (caps
lock) but its not ffeezable to alwas do the jaws thing. mabe  even do
a thunder key like ctrl and shift?
