[nvda] Re: does nvda have a laptop kb layout?

It would be nice if we could use the kapslock key. And then press twice
quickly to turn kapslock onn/off.

It is not that simple. For a start, there are issues such as:
* Whether the key gets passed through to the application;
* How to pass it through;
* Whether NVDA treats it as a modifier (currently, only insert, control,
shift, alt and the Windows key are treated as modifiers);
* Whether it conflicts with other modifiers used in NVDA commands and
probably more I haven't thought of.
