Well, I like ESpeak much more because of best responsiveness. I'm also using SAPI4 Eloquence 5 with SAPI4 active driver, because on Seroteck it crashes.

1. it is SAPI and not SAPY.
 
2. go to www.nvda-project.org to get a copy and give it a try. don't just ask, it will bring you no where.
