Hi, why can't you just choose that from the synthesizer combo box? It
should remember your chosen synthesizer providing you save changes
either during your NVDA session or tell it to save changes upon exit.
I never got SAPI4 to work anyway, so why not just use the supplied
Espeak or SAPI5 instead? Just my thoughts.
