Hi all,
As of a few revisions ago, it became necessary to run NVDA source with only
python 2.5 (or higher). NVDA can no longer work with 2.4 and lower because
of some new sintactical features not in these versions.
They are not too important, and if people really don't like this I guess I
could take them out and re-implement them in 2.4 code. However, python 2.5
is stable, and is the official latest relaease of Python.
I will be making sure that this is clearly reflected on the NVDA website
hopefully today.
Sorry for any confusion this has caused.
Mick
