[nvda] another crash problem

Hi, I have noticed that a few times when nvda crashed I lost the config 
settings.
When I restarted the computer it was back to the default settings.
I think twice this probably happened because I never was able to close the 
program so it could save,
but on at least one occasion I'm pretty sure the settings had been saved.
