Jamie and all, I agree with you here. This list has become a bit boring, and
all I've been doing is reading one line and deleting it. I was tempted to at
least set myself on "set vacation", but decided against it as I'm really
interested in NVDA. So please, can we get back onto what this list was
designed for? I like NVDA and it's very good for what it can do. Thank you.

Subject: [nvda] admin: off topic flaming
Hi all,
As you would all know by now, we are quite happy for some slightly off
topic conversation to occur on this list. I have participated in such
discussion myself and I think that some of it is important to increase
understanding or brainstorm. However, in the past few days, several off
topic 'flame wars' have started which have gotten quite nasty. If you want
to argue in an unconstructive, confrontational manner, please do so off
list. If you can't converse with others in a civilised fashion, don't
bother posting. There is absolutely no need or justification for some of
the insults that have been thrown around in the past few days.
Similarly, please confirm your facts before posting; it avoids a lot of
pointless contention.
Thanks for your understanding and your continued support of NVDA.
Jamie
