This depends on what you expect nvda to do with the chatterbox
client. You will be able to navigate the menus and dialogues and the
4tp webpage but nvda does not have scripts for the chatterbox client
as jfw does.Therefore there are no automatic speaker announcements,
reading of the text doorbells or text mesages.

I believe that yes, it will work with 64bit. 32 bit programs gennerally do
work under 64 bit. Jaws is an exception.
