The linebreaks are because of python, I will see how I can make python 
save
with crlf instead of just lf.

It seems that there is an error when trying to set the rate in sapi4, 
like
the Speed property in the sapi4 object is either missing or has a 
problem, I
can't tell with out knowing what that message says.
