[nvda] Wrong end of line in debug.log

Hello,
NVDA is writing debug.log using a wrong end-of-line style, that is LF
instead of CR + LF. When I open it in notepad, lines are all together
with a whitespace between them. When I open it in wordpad instead, lines
are displayed correctly one by one. Please want to look at my debug.log
that is attached to verify that.
Also, I'd like to know whether some file can be either missing or
corrupted in my system (Windows XP), since I can not use SAPI 4, even
after re-installing it in my system. You can see the related exception
in this debug.log.
