I thought those silly assumptions on sapi synths had been got rid of in
the espeak used in nvda?
eSpeak doesn't make many such assumptions, but it does make some. Actually, I've had a lot of trouble with this EG expansion and a few others, such as the roman numeral expansions. Jonathan, is there any way to disable these externally? Alternatively, we might need to discuss ways to restrict them more.
