Subject: [nvda] Virtural Buffers And Status Bars in NVDA (Trunk Release)

  Hello all!
I've noticed that in the new virtual buffers, that when trying to press
"enter" on the num-pad, it doesn't do if there anything. Also, the status bar,
not just on the web, but in most programs, NVDA has not been able to find it at
all, and only says "No status bar." Jarte and Windows Live Mail being 2 of
those.
Could there also be a hotkey added in a future release where you can press a
certain hotkey like "insert+tab" to read the progress bar, even if the beeps
are turned off? Strangely, NVDA in Firefox reads the percentage of the
download('so) in the title bar automatically. Wonder if that should be silenced
or not.
Finally, to rap up this message, there's still a problem accessing
"contact-menus" in the supported web browsers. When harrowing down through the
buffer, ageing to the link, and pressing "shift-f10/application's key," to open
the shortcut menu, it brings up the menu for the actual itself instead of the
one for the actual link. However, when moving through links using the "tab"
key, and press the same keys to open the shortcut menus, they work just fine.
Is there a way the NVDA cursor in the buffer can notify the IE cursor where it
is, then while the NVDA is moving around, IE follows it?
This new buffer's nice! I just hope those problems can be fixed soon.
  Keep up the good work!
  Sincerely,
Trenton Matthews, could NVDA say what list item that you are on, instead of
saying "bullet" all the time? Also with the numbered list items, I hope NVDA
could recognize when the same list is continued on a new page. For example,
"items 1 through 10" on one page, and "items 20 through 30" on the other.

PS. When navigating by list items, in numbered list,
