The original test of the eSpeak Klatt synthesizer voice was for English
only. In order to make it generally available, it needs changes to the
eSpeak data structures to include both the original eSpeak formant data
and the new Klatt data. I have done some work on this, but there is
more to do.
However, I didn't much like the sound of the Klatt voice, so I'm not
sure whether it's worth continuing.
