I can't say for eSpeak my-self however I can just assure you once the
work gets completed in eSpeak NVDA will just use eSpeak without breaking
something.
In the current test versions of eSpeak there is even no en-klatt voice
so I guess there are still pending issues before eSpeak author consider
it widely useable. I don't think we should try to influence this process
unless we can help developing it further.
