I note that when you install open office after installing the access
bridge
Did you install the version of OpenOffice with its own JRE? If you
did, you may need to install Access Bridge *after* installing
OpenOffice. However, I am not certain of this, so you may have to
experiment. Installing it twice should not do any harm.
I then bring open office up and then it just seems to sit there and do
nothing I loose all speech!!
Even alt+tabbing doesn't fix this? I haven't experienced this sort of
speech loss before with OO...
Thanks for any help in advance by the way I have tried this on 2 vista
PC's and 1 xp home net book.
I've never tried this on Vista myself, so can't vouch for its success.

Sorry what's a Jre?
