I seem to be hearing a lot of this since catching up with the latest

I've heard it at other times just clipped off when the real data appears.
Is this intended, or something which should be silent?
It means that an object died before NVDA had a chance to speak it. It'd
be nice to filter this out, but the problem is that if there is no focus
change after such an object is encountered, the user won't know why NVDA
just said nothing.
