This latter part is the bit I don't get. When the queue is full, whether
right or wrong, NVDA currently simply drops the new event and logs a
debugWarning, which is what you are seeing in the log. This would cause
new events to be dropped, which should make NVDA practically stop
working altogether. Once the events are cleared from the queue, it
should start behaving again. In other words, it should either be
completely dead or not dead at all as I understand it, unless the list
is still open.
