You really should file a ticket on this issue. None of the core developers use Outlook Express, so it needs specific testing. Nevertheless, how many entries are in your adressbook?

Go to an entry you wish to remove
Bring up the context menu and delete the entry.
Go up and down the list, find another to delete
Try to get the context menu
It won't talk.
Nor will hitting alt get the menues to speak either.
I've done this six times on two machines. If this cannot be duplicated,
then there has to be some software clash going on I suspect.
