[nvda] Re: Toggles and save

You can perminently save the state of the screen layout option by checking or unchecking "Use screen layout (when supported)" in the virtual buffers dialog off of the preferences menu and then choose "save configuration" off of the main menu.

Not all settings. But at least the ones that can also be set via an NVDA
dialog box.
e.g. one that won't be remembered is NVDA+s (speech mode).
