OK,

I'm not on the laptop at this time. I will have a look later it's accessible on this box.

So at least i know how it should look, will have a try later I see the program seems to be having a time of it just coming up it comes up and says it's loading and just sits and does nothing.

I don't have any speech output from nvda so I have to get my daughter to close it down then speech comes back.

I'm not sure. You're right about most programs not obhtering to clean up
completely when you uninstall them. It worked first time for me, so I
can't really comment.
